By downloading, installing, or using FX Europe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
FX Europe is a currency converter application that displays exchange rates published by the European Central Bank (ECB). The App is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Exchange Rate Data
Exchange rates displayed in the App are sourced from the European Central Bank and are reference rates only. They are not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, financial advice or as rates for actual currency exchange transactions. Actual exchange rates at banks, bureaux de change, and other financial institutions may differ.
4. No Financial Advice
The App does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Exchange rate information is provided for general reference purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to display accurate exchange rate data, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. ECB rates are updated on business days only; rates shown on weekends and holidays reflect the most recent business day.
6. Premium Features
Certain features of the App (including home screen widgets and ad-free experience) are available as a premium upgrade. Premium is a one-time purchase processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective app store's terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Krte-ch and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krte-ch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on exchange rate data displayed in the App.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state in which Krte-ch is established.
